A unit for measuring CO₂e (carbon dioxide equivalent) mass — kept separate from plain CO₂. A CO₂e figure depends on which global warming potential (GWP) reference set was used to combine different greenhouse gases into one number. This tool never converts a CO₂e figure into a CO₂ figure: they measure different things.
